It was a family-friendly hotel, we liked it. Comfortable beds in our room. The pool area is well maintained too. Our favorite venue in Long Beach, staff was excellent.
-
The hotel was great and the staff was EXCEPTIONAL. Liked view of garden. Besides, private parking was available. Fantastic base for a 1-night stay.
-
It was a good choice for, excellent stay. Perfect location to Long Beach airport, just 10 minutes by car. Moreover, the free WiFi was available.
The street outside is quite noisy.
-
Outstanding. The expectations were clearly exceeded. Nice rooms and a great bathroom. The pool was an oasis!
-
All in all it was simply perfect, the location, the equipment. Even shopping facilities within a few minutes walking distance to enhance the breakfast for Europeans. With Metro ( 500 m ) to LA or Long Beach. $5.50 round trip. No annoying search for parking space and costs. Several restaurants or fast food chains in the immediate vicinity. By car 10 min to LB or 30 min to LAX.

Room on the 1st floor, big and clean, breakfast ok, pool very nice, athmosphere very good for the location
Paid parking, no communication, despite written request we had made at check-out
-
All very clean. WiFi available throughout the hotel. Price for the location in relation to the situation is fine. With Uber you can actually achieve everything quite well if you have time.
Breakfast is a bit poor and gets boring from day 3 on. You can expect a little more at that price.
-
Everything's fine.
-
Room, cleanliness . Pool area with towels, sunbeds and water toys . Sights in LA easy to reach . Shopping facilities . Many fast food chains in the vicinity
-
Front desk staff very welcoming and helpful to newcomers to LB. The grounds and room were very clean and we'll kept. I would definitely stay here again:)
Breakfast could be better..change eggs to scrambled, biscuits & gravy maybe...
-
Breakfast was terrible and the coffee was the worst we have ever had
-
Comfortable, clean, and a convenient location with lots of amenities nearby.
-
The room was nice with the balcony and ability to open the window and door to enjoy the nice weather
The carpet needs to be shampooed, as feet were dirty after walking on carpet
-
It was all about how friendly the staff was. Always happy and accomodating
Room was dated Windows dirty
-
Location was very central & convenient. Staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Room was clean & roomy (for the Queen with double beds). Good variety for breakfast!
They lock some of the gates around the hotel after hours so if you park in back side - you gotta walk all the way around to get in they front. Which is mostly fine except I would feel safer if I didn't have to walk in an unfamiliar area at night to get to front. Could use a new mattress as well, ours was a little sunken in the middle.
